Fingerfood Buffet or Supper

Remember all our menus are flexible and open to your suggestions.

Buffet Finger-Food Supper or Meal
It would be great to know a little about what you are thinking when speaking with you about this menu - the two main things being - are you planning on it being a meal or supper?  And is it to be served continuously over several hours or just a short period?

kiwi platters
(carrot, celery & cauliflower sticks, mushrooms, peppers, cheese, salami, pate, crackers, onion dip, grapes, etc)

we suggest two of the following:
mini meatballs and salsa dip
mini spring rolls & samosas with sweet ?n? sour sauce
chicken nuggets with a spicy apricot dip
smoked salmon bites
chicken tenderloins & spicy plum sauce
pork bites  with sweet & sour sauce
fish nuggets & tartare sauce
spicy chick-sticks with satay sauce

You will also be served:
a selection of mince savouries, pastry swirls and
mini quiche
(tomato & chive; spinach & feta; sweet corn & cheese or similar)
sausage rolls

finger sandwiches
(ham, cheese & pineapple; spicy barvarian, cream cheese & cucumber; tomato & salami , egg & lettuce or similar)
asparagus rolls chicken rolls, curried egg rolls, savoury cheese & onion rolls

Sweets

we suggest two or three:
selection of fudges, balls & slices
(chocolate fudge, lolly cake, apricot balls etc)
chocolate & raspberry lammingtons
profiterole tower
(cream puffs pilled up and drizzled with chocolate sauce.......)
lemon cream tartlets
fruit custard creme tartlets
fresh fruit platter
(strawberries, pineapple, grapes, melon, oranges, apple etc as seasonally available served with
chocolate thins and marshmallows to be dipped in a refreshing tangy yoghurt cream)


A selection of gourmet coffees & teas, including a selection of herbals    

price is dependant on venue facilities, guest numbers, quantity of food required, time it is to be served over etc and a more exact price will be supplied on discussing your requirements.  
 
Our price would normally include GST, all kitchen & waiting staff, cutlery, crockery, tablecloths & required equipment - but not tables & chairs!
